All VanillaSKY subscribers are entitles to:
- FREE WiFi access on any one of our WiFi zones
- Up to 10 free email addresses (100 megabyte space) on the vanilla.net.mt domain

We normally install your service within 2 working days following your order. Your installation charge as well as the relevant service charges are payable upon installation.

Other Charges and important notes:

• Static IPs are charged at  €25 per year per IP

• Our network is specifically aimed at servicing the requirements of the business community. If your primary aim is a residential service, other broadband suppliers can probably service you better than we can.

• All our clients connections are monitored at our NOC 24 hours a day and clients are kept updated about any service outages.

• All international bandwidth is on a BEST EFFORT basis. If you need dedicated bandwidth, this can be supplied at an extra cost.

• Our standard installation covers 15 meters of Ethernet cable and 2 hours of labour. If the installation requires more resources (such as a dish to strenghten the signal), then extra charges may apply and no free installation would be possible.

• Our standard service does NOT allow peer-to-peer downloading outside the hours of 1am and 4am. If you need access to peer-to-peer traffic outside the cited hours, you will need to be placed on a different service to our business clients. This p2p service does NOT include a public IP and does NOT support hosted servers or fixed IPs.

All charges quoted are inclusive of VAT at 18% unless otherwise stated.
